Applicants agree that eligibility may be subject to verification.
Vendors, members of the Mid-Atlantic Society Board of Directors, and their
immediate families are not eligible.
The Mid-Atlantic Neurodiagnostic Society reserves the right to use the winner’s
name and edited excerpts from their essay for the sole purpose of promotions in
all media related to the Mid-Atlantic Neurodiagnostic Society’s non-profit
educational mission.
The scholarship award decision made by the Mid-Atlantic Society’s Board of
Directors will be considered final.
The scholarship award is not transferable.
The scholarship award including hotel accommodations and conference fees are
not redeemable for cash.
If the winner is not able to attend the event in person, online attendance will be
offered as a substitute.
